COMPANY OVERVIEW

Incorporated more than 35 eld ago as a trading firm, the venerable Remington Peckinpaw Davis was always a hem in Street force to be reckoned with. The go with was founded by legendary Wall Street buccaneer Sam Remington, who was submissive in shaping the stock market as it exists today.

RPD primarily targeted Americas upper echelon the 2% of American families who make 80% of the countrys assets -- a strategy that served the company well through the early 1990s. Mark Peter, Chief Information Officer: With sound three months under his belt, Peter is the new kid on the block, but doesnt lack for experience. At his previous calling as CIO of a major PC manufacturer, he engineered a merger between his company and a direct competitor, which resulted in 200% growth for the new company in its starting time year and a lucrative cash-out for Peter. Peter knows systems development, but takes a laissez-faire attitude with this staff.

Sam Remington, Chief Executive Officer: Though hes legend on Wall Street, Remington is old school -- gruff, impatient and not particularly enchant with technology.
