Every week I use up a little of my extra money to go come out and binge out on a selected fast fare store. I sacrificed one week of that luxury to donate to the One La Salle Fund.

I find the timing and coincidence of doing this reflection funny because I actually started a personal self-improvement program for myself last month. It basically covers everything discussed in the indication from mental, social, and somatic well-being so I guess I can say yes, I practice each of the 5 ways. I began with the mental aspect as a checkmate of months ago I was in a struggle position myself back together from personal problems, I decided to burn down it in a very positive way sooner of the usual brooding and boozing out which doesnt real solve anything long-term. I next began working on the physical aspect of my spiritedness; I fixed my crappy diet, started sleeping early and engaged in regular physical exercise.



I try to accomplish all of these while still rest in touch with my friends and I feel good.

My personal interpretation of wealth is a balance of happiness and having enough pay to enable whatever it is that makes you happy. The core of every authentic raise of happiness for me is having a pleasant home by having symphonious relationship with members of the family. Next is having enough resources which enables you to engage in activities which allows you to explore life and whatever it is that interests you.
