In the orbit today, there are many antithetical ways that orbits run their governings. Englands Parliamentary system of government and the United States death chairial system of government are the topper governments that protect democratic ideals. Both have many strengths and it is all in all preference on which type a person prefers. policy-making parties do in fact impact two governments. Although both systems are successful in their knowledge ways, they both pacify have weaknesses that will be discussed thoroughly.
The Presidential Democracys system of checks and balances is one of the most important factors of it. With that being said, it as well has its pros and cons. With the separation of powers, the government is split up into three different branches. The reason our government was set up this way is so that all of the power is not concentrated within a single branch (Explore the constitution). The three branches of American government are the Executive, Legislative, and Judicial branches. Each have their own powers and responsibilities. The Executive executes faithfulnesss, Legislative makes the laws, and Judicial interpret the law (Riley). In lodge for a law to be diped, it must go through all three branches.



This makes things difficult just to a fault good at the same time. The House and Senate may pass a law that the President does not like. He can veto the law. To override the veto requires 2/3 voter turnout of both houses. If The House and Senate pass a law, the President signs it, but the Supreme Court decides it is unconstitutional, they can strike down the law (Mount). The President nominates Judges for the Supreme Court, the US Senate must enjoy the Judge nominated before he can dish up (Mount) This is how each branch keeps an eye on each other.
