In fact, children who live in poverty are usually homeless with no place to go, and as they trace older no one to fend for them but themselves. They go around their town begging for food and searching for a place to sleep. I disagree with Singer because poverty does not only happen in America. It happens all around the solid ground; however, some look the other way when brought governance to face with the reality that poverty does exist.
Singer states the obvious how some Americans, rattling people in general come off a bit egotismish and dont have the graciousness to help out innocent people.



Singer makes a well behaved interpreter of a Brazilian movie about a lady named Dora who gets carried away with the thought of making quick cash. Without mentation about what might happen next, she accepts the money offered to her all but she has to trick a young boy to follow her into a place where he would be adopted. With the cash awarded to her she would buy her self a TV. As she was sitting down getting launch to watch some television, her populate comes in the room and ruins her moment. The neighbor tells Dora that the boy was too old and perhaps not adequate to be adopted. Dora was tricked to take the boy to a place where he might have been brutally killed. Perhaps to have his organs sold on the black market.
