Nowadays, chinaware is developing fast eon there are many anomalies that have to solve function now. The use of Chinas official vehicles is an example of anomaly.

fit to the report of China governing, there were 5,221,755 official vehicles by November 30th, 2007. At the same time, there were 1.3 billion people in nation. It meant that everyone who could give out had to pay for 121 dollars per year for official vehicles. For easy understanding, State Councils report showed that the use of cars for party and government was high as 280%, political and legal system apply 170%, government-owned corporations used 150%, other central departments used 360%. The cost of all in all vehicles was sixty-one billion dollars , which was one of the most important putrescence in China in 2007.

Many officials say:its very important for officials to use official cars.



We can make better efficiency! Is it true? Only a tiny weigh is. Since official cars use special License plates that symbols of power and status. some other reason why people prefer to use official vehicles is to avoid a lot of fees, such as, bridge tolls, pose fees in public. Many officials use vehicles personally, which are not for jobs. They sweat official cars to attend personal parties, bars to avoid fees. take down some officials drive to porn places that seriously affected the governments public image.

In another way, many local anesthetic governments buy too many expensive cars which are not really sine qua noned. For example, does a local government really need a Benz for its mayor? Why not to choose a national produced car? Does it lose face?
