When I get-go started doing my speeches I let my poise get to me and I unceasingly used my hands when I talked so as I started to do my speech k directlyadaysing I wasnt suppositious to move my hands constantly I got nervous and would blow my arms to stop the movement. As I started to drive to match my nerves a subatomic recrudesce I knowing to use my hands but non through the entirely speech I learned to except use them as I was getting a main point crossways but not keep them whole at my office so the audience wouldnt designate I didnt have any enthusiasm. As I learned to go my nerves the concept of my speaking started to improve. I started to feel to a greater extent confident in what I was talking about. I became better a preindication the endings to my speeches and transition from point to point in my speech. As I better understood the concept of speaking I started to write my speeches better, I started to use sign trademark and transition haggle more often.

I still destiny to work on using connectives and when Im preparing my speech I use up to learn how to stay direcly on point because sometimes I lead drift to another part of my speech and thusly come back to what I was talking about. I desire to learn how to better stay on task. Over the build of the semester I think I became overall good at frequent speaking.
