It appears that some employees have low morale and basically losing or have lost their confidence in spite of appearance the company. Employees attitudes were not satisfactory. There have been several superin ecstasydents that has left and cut employees. There is a major communication issue in spite of appearance the company. A new superintendent and handler has been in decease off to raise the ratings with the surveys.
Problem
The problem is that a superintendent and director have to clean up some negativity within the employers. Employees are lacking morale and management does not agnise the logistics of it. The survey with employees needed to be redone and its been over ten years since the last survey. The ratings were lower on 90 percentage of the survey questions. Apparently employees are dissatisfied about the mien management communicates. The company is viewed as widespread dissatisfaction and low morale.
Advantages
most advantages would be this would give the employees a lay on the line to voice their opinions and views on things. The new superintendent and director have a chance to turn things around for the good of employees. Communication increase and employees would be happier.
Disadvantages
Some disadvantages would be that some employees are so stuck in their ways that they may trust another superintendent and or director. Communication factor might not change to enchant employees. The superintendent might feel that he cant make changes and decided to leave as well.

Recommendations
I would recommend that employees would take some charitable of training to boost their morale level. Listen to what the employees have to say. sometimes that is all it takes is for someone to listen to them.
