Nick Bombinos was the establishment, situated in the small town of Princeton, North Carolina. Walking in, I was expecting an Italian restaurant with a variety of pasta dishes and so forrard. While waiting for the waitress, I examined the menu only to take chances my prediction incorrect. Being that there were only three employees, two prompt food in the kitchen, while the remaining person waited tables, worked the register, and likewise helped a little bit work in the kitchen. I could tell that most of the customers were considered regulars.
