Scenario1
TORT:This is a very interesting tale of how emotions can driver erratic carriage amongst people. First Daniel being upset that his son has gotten beer spilled on him by Malik, shoves Malik. At this tear down Daniel became a defendant because of his actions causes Malik to hang and causes damages to Maliks teeth. At this demo Daniel created a tort, because he unflinching to shove Malik over an accident. Malik is a complainant at this point and if he decided to sue Daniel as a depart of his negligence would be awarded in his favor. Daniel was fired by his thickening assuming that Daniel had given Ruben alcohol, which was untrue. Daniel became a defendant at this point for wrongful firing without refutable evidence that Daniel had ultimately act a crime. While walking to his vehicle Daniel is approached by Malik who pulls a hide weapon in a unrestricted view became a defendant at this point because it is against the law. After heart threatened Daniel pulls out his weapon which may have been concealed within his vehicle and shoots Malik.



At this point Daniel becomes a defendant because even though he was defending himself he button up discharged a weapon in a public event which is against the law, because only public officials who are licensed to prolong and use a firearm in public events may do so. When Daniel slips into a diabetic coma as a result of the beverage he had drink earlier becomes the plaintiff against the concession worker who accidently had given him sugary beverages instead of regimen becomes a defendant because of his/her negligence.
Plaintiff: Malik, Daniel
Defendants: Daniel because of his shove against Malik causing Malik to fall hit his face and damages to his mouth (Tort Claim).
