In one of his most storeyed works The Thief and The Dogs, Naguib Mahfouz tells a tale that portrays the value of approve and Humility through the tragic events that take place in Said Mahrans brio. Said is a former raider who has just been released from jail for his previous crimes, who reenters the world only to fall upon out that his wife and friends have betrayed him and his daughter no protracted remembers him. The shock and extreme blow that this causes to Saids very existence as a man causes him to venture onto a path of bewilderment and revenge.
